What Equipment Will We Bring to Your Hybrid Meetings?
We literally “pack a bag” to support hybrid meetings.
Sometimes, when we wheel in our bag of equipment, it remains unopened. At other times, we unpack everything, set up the meeting, then put the unused equipment back in the bag for the duration of the hybrid meeting.
- Laptop (or two)
- We like to use the organization’s desktop or laptop PC to launch the hybrid meeting at use it as the admin workstation
- We can use our own laptops. Sometimes, we will bring a second laptop and join the meeting as a “regular” participant that does not have elevated privileges.
- Audio/Video
- We expect the venue to have a large-screen TV with an HDMI input
- (We use this to display videos of the online participants)
- We bring a smaller monitor for the admin area and duplicate the large-screen TV
- We expect the venue to have a large-screen TV with an HDMI input
- Microphones
- Bluetooth Conference Mic
- Wireless Lavalier
- Camera
- Logitech Webcam
- (Camera Tripod)
- Cables
- Extra cables to allow us to position the equipment for the best results
